Just Jukin' - Jukeboxes | 1960 Triumph Thunderbird 650

This is my Triumph Thunderbird done in t120 colours and has been mainly built up with Bonneville parts.

The engine was rebuilt about three years ago just before I bought it and has not done many miles since. It had everything it needed - rebore, pistons, bearing, head rebuilt, morgo oil pump etc.

The magneto is a reconditioned Lucas competition unit, starts first kick hot or cold. The charging system has solid state rectifier, carbs are new amal, front pipes are stainless, silencers new,

Complete New clutch, tyres wheel rims brakes etc etc were all new. Bike has a rev counter fitted but no drive. I had intended to fit a new Burton Bikes Bits timing cover but just never got around to it.

The bike has been stood since last year and will need a new battery. It does have some oil leaks but they have never bothered me! It rides really nice, everything works as it should even the brakes!
